These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of SoundSaver. By using the website, you agree to follow these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

SoundSaver is provided as an online tool for converting content to MP3 where such conversion is lawful and permitted. You may use SoundSaver only for content that you own, have permission to use, is in the public domain, or that you are otherwise legally allowed to process.
Prohibited use
You agree not to use SoundSaver to:
- Infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
- Download, convert, or distribute content without proper authorization.
- Bypass access controls, paywalls, technical restrictions, or platform rules.
- Upload, process, or share harmful, illegal, abusive, or malicious content.
- Overload, scrape, automate, reverse engineer, or interfere with the service.
- Use the service for spam, fraud, malware, or other abusive activity.
User responsibility
SoundSaver does not grant you any rights to third-party content. You are solely responsible for how you use converted files and for complying with all laws, platform terms, and third-party rights.
Temporary files
Converted files may be stored temporarily to allow downloading or optional saving to Dropbox. Temporary files may be removed automatically after a limited period and should not be treated as permanent storage.
Dropbox and third-party services
SoundSaver may allow optional integrations with third-party services such as Dropbox. Your use of those services may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies from those providers.
Service availability
We try to keep SoundSaver fast and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or permanent availability. Features may change, break, or be removed at any time.
Abuse prevention
We may limit, block, throttle, or suspend access to the service if we believe the service is being misused, overloaded, attacked, or used in a way that violates these terms.
Copyright and abuse reports

SoundSaver is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties about accuracy, reliability, availability, quality, or suitability for any particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SoundSaver and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
